Summary: At present, most of the transmission of PCB equipment is horizontally transmitted, spraying up and down, which makes some problems unavoidable.
1) The product is scratched, the bridge is off, and the wire is broken. Because the product is transported on the horizontal wheel, due to the influence of PCB gravity, the whole board surface is transported in contact with the wheel piece. The larger the workpiece, the more obvious it is. Obviously, the surface ink is scratched, even the bridge is dropped, resulting in scrap.
2) At present, the horizontal line spray is sprayed up and down. The larger the workpiece, the more obvious the pool effect above. This will cause serious side erosion, poor etching uniformity, and fine lines cannot be guaranteed.
3) At present, the boards are made of double auxiliary materials, or more materials. The equipment is getting more and more models, the floor area is getting larger and larger, and the energy consumption of water and electricity is also increasing accordingly.

4) The liquid medicine sprayed on the board surface will not produce pool effect, the liquid medicine will not stay on the board surface, and there are two fluids with unique spray structure selectively. With swing design, the etching uniformity and etching factor are improved. The etching uniformity reaches 95%, and the etching factor reaches more than 4.0.
5) The equipment is narrower than the horizontal line, occupies a small area, has a small volume of liquid medicine, and uses water for heating and cleaning. Save water and electricity, overflow and exchange speed is fast, and ensure clean water quality.
