1. Grasiometer sensor (s.g sensor): floating wave type (potential energy → electric energy)
According to the principle that the specific gravity of the liquid medicine increases, the buoyancy increases and the specific gravity decreases. When the copper ion content in the liquid medicine increases or decreases, the buoyancy of the liquid medicine will also increase or decrease. The change of buoyancy will make the floating ball with a certain weight rise or fall, and the floating ball will change its position. When the specific gravity reaches the set value, the floating ball sensor will convert its potential energy change into a telecommunication signal and transmit it to the controller, the controller judges the specific gravity of the liquid medicine according to the telecommunication signal and adds tap water to control the specific gravity.
2. Hydrochloric acid sensor (hcl sensor): electromagnetic (electric energy kinetic energy → electric energy)
According to the principle of electromagnetic induction: when current passes through the sensor coil, a magnetic beam (magnetic field line) is generated. The magnetic beam will generate a certain proportion of current according to the ion concentration of hydrochloric acid in the liquid medicine, and then the change of this current will be digitized and converted into a telecommunication signal and transmitted to the controller. The controller judges whether the ion concentration of hydrochloric acid in the liquid medicine is normal according to the electrical signal and controls the addition of hydrochloric acid.
Another temperature sensor is stored in the hydrochloric acid sensor to detect the temperature of the liquid medicine.
3. Oxidant sensor (naclo3sensor): electrolytic (electric energy → electric energy)

The oxidation of hydrogen peroxide is very strong. In the process of cuprous chloride oxidation to cupric chloride, it can increase the etching speed. As far as the regeneration agent is concerned, it plays a very important role. Although oxygen in the air also causes a regeneration reaction, once the production amount is increased, the regeneration rate of oxygen is too late. Therefore, hydrogen peroxide as an oxidizing agent is indispensable for accelerating the etching rate. The hydrogen peroxide sensor uses hydrogen peroxide as an accelerator for the regeneration reaction of the etching solution. At a small required amount, an appropriate concentration of the etching solution is controlled. By stabilizing the etching rate and reducing the amount of use, the quality can be greatly improved and the cost can be reduced. Purpose: That is, "how to use a small amount of hydrogen peroxide to manage the quality of liquid medicine" as a reference.
Based on such a reference amount, the regeneration controller does not manage hydrogen peroxide, but detects the etching ability of the etching solution. On the one hand, less hydrogen peroxide is used to supplement the etching solution, which is composed of oxygen (O2) The insufficient part of regeneration, on the one hand, maintains the stability of etching production.
