4) The liquid medicine sprayed on the board surface will not produce pool effect, the liquid medicine will not stay on the board surface, the selective two-fluid unique spraying mode, plus the swing design, the etching uniformity is improved, and the etching factor is improved. The etching uniformity reaches 95%, and the etching factor reaches more than 4.0.
