With swing design, the etching uniformity and etching factor are improved. The etching uniformity reaches 95%, and the etching factor reaches more than 4.0.
5) The equipment is narrower than the horizontal line, occupies a small area, has a small volume of liquid medicine, and uses water for heating and cleaning. Save water and electricity, overflow and exchange speed is fast, and ensure clean water quality.
